How we handle your information.

This website

The enquiry form doesn't send or store anything. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

The client portal

The portal is only for Forward Deployment clients. We keep:

• Your name and email address, so you can sign in.
• When you last signed in.
• The documents we share with you, such as quotes and agreements.
• The requests, replies and decisions you send us in the portal.
• When you accept a quote: the name you type, your email address, the time, your internet address, your browser's name, and a fingerprint of each document. This is the record that you agreed.

Signing in

You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google account. If you use Google, we receive only your name and email address, and we use them only to sign you in. We never see your Google password and don't access anything else in your Google account.

Where it's kept and who sees it

The portal runs on Cloudflare, which also handles sign-in. Notification emails are sent through Resend, and invoices and payments are handled by Stripe. Only you, other people you've asked us to add from your business, and Forward Deployment can see your information. We never sell it or share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

The portal's only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools in the portal.

How long we keep it

Acceptance records and invoices are kept for at least five years, as Australian tax law requires. You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything else at any time.
